The location was central. the staff proved pleasant and accommodating . i didn't like my initially allocated room, but they changed it without any fuss. common areas were cool because of air conditioning. My room had just a fan.

The bar had limited beer and cider selection. Options were only in cans or bottles. it's a small thing, but a draught option would've been nice.

the hotel provides convenient access to relevant bus stops, a huge plus for travellers. the bus stops are within a five-minute walk, made getting around very easy for me. this is great for airport connections too.

the classic double room features decor and furniture respectful to the building's age. comfortable beds ensured a good night's rest, a priority for me. i also found the standard of cleanliness consistent throughout the room.

Breakfast exceeded my expectations, particularly regarding the care from the staff. they really showed expertise. the breakfast itself was delicious and hearty. It set me up well for my day.

the room was excessively warm at night, a clear discomfort. the fridge was placed inside a cupboard, there was no ventilation for it. this design oversight contributed to the already elevated room temperature.

our room was in the new part of the hotel it was unbelievably noisy. the smell from the drains was really bad at times. the bar was really expensive it lacked choice.

I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The location provided easy access to attractions. The room was clean and spacious, meeting my expectations. The breakfast offered plenty of choice, which I REALLY appreciated.

I found the room very clean upon arrival. The privilege double room had amenities including an ironing board, iron, kettle, tea, and a nespresso machine. Complimentary water and pepsi were stocked in the fridge. I also used bathrobes and slippers.

The room temperature was a little difficult to adjust, as the radiators were set to full heat initially.

The breakfast portions were generous and available for a fair price. I observed the all-day restaurant serving large meals. The staff maintained clean tables and quickly cleared used plates.
